Meet MisoHot: your new go-to and all-purpose spicy condiment!
MisoHot is a miso-based chili paste. Unlike most hot sauces and other chili pastes that use vinegar, oil, water, or tomato as their base, we are one of the few to use miso. This means you're not just tasting acidity and heat, there's a punch of savory flavor followed by the heat you'd expect from six varieties of hot peppers.
This product is gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO, does contain soy. Refrigerate after opening.
MisoHot was founded by Chef Curtis Bell, an experienced Private Chef and Culinary Educator. Chef Bell is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with an AOS degree in Culinary Arts.
